Would that not be ironical indeed? JGR > It would certainly be ironic; the abortionists would be joining Pharaoh and Herod in adding to the population of heaven. But irony seems to be one of the weapons in God's armory. Is it not the supreme irony that Satan, in nailing Jesus to the cross, was in fact sealing his own fate? Just as he thought he was winning, he was in fact securing his own defeat. He sawed off the branch he was sitting on. God seems to revel in applying the law of unintended consequences: "He who sits in the heavens shall laugh them to scorn; the Lord shall have them in derision." (Psalm 2). Irony indeed! Let's have more of it. Robin Wunderkind _________________________________________________________________ It's fast, it's easy and it's free. Get MSN Messenger today! http://www.msn.co.uk/messenger
