We also know extensively his lineage, so that tells us a fair amount of
general detail about his physical characteristics....not that we necessarily
get it accurate, but we can glean generalities.

He described Himself as "meek and lowly in heart" as in:

Matthew 11:29  Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and 
lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
