Hello WWS
I would agree that Hoch's book is great, although his dispensationalism
comes through in places (which I don't buy into), and maybe when we have
finished reading through NCT we can read this one too.

Subject: [soundofgrace] The book, "ALL THINGS NEW" as prerequisite
reading

Regarding the attempt to develop a systematic New Covenant Theology,
probably the first book written was by the late
Carl B. Hoch, professor of New Testament at Grand Rapids Baptist
Seminary.
Dr. Hoch's book is entitled, "All Things New."
In my opinion, Dr. Hoch's book is the prerequisite for all other books
following. It was published by Baker in 1995. The
ISBN number is as follows: 0-8010-2048-4 (pbk)

Through Christ,

WWS
