I agree with Moe that using small groups of people as a form of ministry is
often very helpful.

My earlier post was merely to respond to the issue raised, which was whether
the particular reference was a biblical definition of community.

Whether small groups will assist a particular church in accomplishing its
mission is a question for each group to consider.
