Hello thoughtful and praying "Sounders":

I realize that some, or maybe most, of you are at Bunyan this week, but 
here goes anyway.
Some of you knew Iris Beals from Seaside Heights, etc.  I thought you would 
appreciate a note regarding her recent passing from this life to the next.
After a short, and not terribly difficult, illness, Mom was quietly (and I 
mean that literally) ushered into Glory, into the presence of her dear 
Saviour, at approximately 1:10 a.m. on Sunday morning the 18th of April.

Below is a copy of the announcement that will be in the Ottawa Citizen.
Feel free to pass this on to anyone that you think might also be interested 
in this.
We look forward to seeing as many of our friends as can make it to these 
celebrations that are announced below.

BEALS, Iris
Went home to glory, April 18, 2004, age 83. Survived by husband Eric of 60
years, sister Norma of Brantford, dear friend Norma of Ottawa. Also
survived by sons Philip (Trish), Stephen (Marlene), Reed (Tammy) and Jamie,
all of Ottawa, who gave her 8 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visiting with the family at Arlington Woods Free Methodist Church, 225
McClellan Rd, Wednesday, April 21, 2004, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to
9:00 PM. A memorial service in celebration of her life will take place at
Queensway West Baptist Church, 51 Greenbank Rd, Thursday, April 22, 2004,
2:00 PM. Reception to follow. Glory to God.
