O-K... let's back up. Where in Acts 8 is the suggestion that these
believers were rebaptized? IOW, where's the support for suggestion that
these believers are exceptions to "unbaptized regenerates". There is
evidence in the text that they are already regenerate (had received the word
of God) AND baptized (baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus).
It would seem your position amounts to an equivalence between the visible
baptism of the HS in Acts and regeneration. Such a view is fraught with all
sorts of pitfalls.
