Jack, I will be remembering your family in prayer!   
Just recovering from a single episode of 'fainting' myself, I can relate to 
your wife's problem.   I am glad she has no obvious lasting problem from the 
TIA, and trust that it will not recur.   Mom had one several years ago, with no 
lasting problems and it has not recurred, so maybe hers won't either.
For your son and his family, I pray that both he and his wife will listen to 
God's Word and their problems will be solved.   sounds easy...but we know how 
difficult it is sometimes to DO what we know God says.
