Let me ask a few questions so that I might truly understand what you are saying.
Are you saying that Abraham was totally righteous before God because of his obedience to the Law?
Are you saying that Abraham's righteousness merited him his salvation?
Are you saying that Abraham didn't taste of death?
The sin that I committed today was in violation of what Law?

Yes it does. It tells us that Abraham was righteous because he obeyed God's
commandments.

No he didn't. Die, when it is part of covenant cursing, is meant in the eternal
sense. To be "cut off" (Gen. 17:14) is to go to hell.
