JD: Not quite. He says, "Moses describes in this way the righteousness that is by the law; 'The man who does these things will live by them.'" He does not say "only." And it is interesting to consider the next verse, "But the righteousness that is by faith says;" Isn't Paul here saying that there are two righteousnesses? One is by the law. The second is by faith.
