Harry,

    I am aware of NP people who offer as much but that's not where I'm coming from.  They blur the radical distinctions between the old and new. From what I can gather their covenantal markers remain the same.  My emphasis on the newness and the dynamics of Romans 8:1-2 wouldn't fit their categories.
