I didn't think you did but there is a gentleman who
runs a radical NCT list who has used similar wording
to describe Paul's conversion so I asked to see if I
was missing something with either position.

    I am aware of NP people who offer as much but
that's not where I'm coming from.  They blur the
radical distinctions between the old and new. From
what I can gather their covenantal markers remain the
same.  My emphasis on the newness and the dynamics of
Romans 8:1-2 wouldn't fit their categories.
