Regarding the "Spirit of the Reformation Study Bible": 1. It's heavily Covenant Theology - not good 2. It's NIV - not good 3. It's essentially the Word of God - real good :) I am often impressed by the MacArthur Study Bible. Every study Bible is influenced by biases, but the MSB is Reformed in it's soteriology, and "feels" Progressive Dispensational in an almost NCT way.
