Murray,

      As far as I can tell at this point in time PalTalk or TeamTalk
would best suit voice conferences.

   Skype is by far the best person to person (p2p) software I've used.
From what I've gleaned from Skype forums Dial-Up connections do not
enjoy the same voice quality as Cable connections. I'm still keeping
TeamTalk up for all to use.
