I weep personally, and for those who for many years have seen Armstrong's ministry as such a light for the gospel. How in the world does the world infect so many of us with such teaching? The whole teaching of salvation apart from works - is obliterated by those who see John Paul II as a mark of Christianity. Rome's doctrine has been, form the time of Trent, preciously what Benedict XVI said last week - Extra Ecclesiam nulla salus. ["Apart from the Church no salvation

  Dear Sounders

I've just read this article by John Armstrong and I'm grieved to see another noted 'Evangelical', 'Reformed' leader embrace Romanism as true Christianity. Is this a trend in Reformed circles in the US? What about in Sovereign Grace/ NCT circles?
