1.  What is the new testament record concerning singing?  what are the 
limitations and guidelines/

2.  While Psalm singing is a great idea, and we should sing them (not 
exclusively),  very few do so.
Even the Reformed Presbys do not sing them word for word, they adapt them 
into songs for the most part.

3.  New covenant instruction:  Sing praises to the Lord.  sing doctrinally 
accurate songs.  Change words to songs you cannot otherwise sing.
