I believe so just as teachers today have a higher degree of accountability.
I agree He was obedient to the cross but there are some who teach that
the cross alone was not enough and that he had to obey the law to earn 
our righteousness on His way to the cross. The Law condemns and required
the death of the guilty party where Christ alone could offer forgiveness, a
departure from the mandate of the Law.

But that aside:

He DID obey the law by willfully enduring the cross and death for her sin.
Life paid. Obedience accomplished. Law fulfilled. Forgiveness given 
within constraints of the law.

Mat 5:17 "Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did 
not come to abolish but to fulfill.
18 "For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the 
smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished.

Don't misunderstand me, I believe He is the Law in it's truest form and the 
complete fulfillment of it as well, but He didn't just dismiss it because 
He's superior, He came to fulfill it.
