D. A. Carson doesn't hold to infant baptism. The entire community of Reformed Baptists would hold to two of the three (John Gill, John Bunyan and C. H. Spurgeon are examples of baptists who held two of the three). I don't find it all that rare among those baptists who were Puritans.
