Chad,

  Christ as Covenant is good. I'll take that much. At least it is in
the right direction. Sadly, they fail to understand the nature of the
Divine Covenant Inscription. Christ in us.

 I was recently in a discussion with a noted Presby brother. When he
brought up their third use I kindly replied the third use is all too
narrow and powerless compared to the dynamic for Holy Living in this
New Covenant age. Romans 8 verses 1 through 4 addresses this very
thing. No other age has known such power for holy living. Their "third
use" just doesn't cut it.
