Where do we find the gift of preaching in Scripture? I have come across many pastors who certainly don't have the gift of preaching.  Now the gift of teaching I have found several Godly women who have been given that gift. One is the mother of the current President of Westminster Seminary whom I have enjoyed her wisdom and insights. There were several women also at Bible College who were gifted teachers.

He doesn't. You know of a woman who has been given the gift of preaching?

Not all gifts are equal either in authority or function. God gives gifts
that, among other things, are according to gender. IMHO, the authority
structure found in Eph. 5 is merely a reflection of the greater reality
permeating the entire body life... and it all flows out of the Trinity's
inner authority "structure".
