There is no debate and no argument that the context in this passage is that it is in the context of public worship and least that I'm aware of. I have heard no scholar deny that this is the case. I've been reading through many of your posts in the last month. And it appears, that you are very fixated on defending certain distinctions between "laity" and "clergy." It appears there is no point in having a discussion with you that comes even close to putting that distinction in trouble even bringing clear and explicit texts and context into the argument.
