The text is quite clear: "we too" is the reference that seperates us from the goats as lost sheep but the difference is in verse 4 "God loved us!" Your view would make Him have to love the goats! We were children of wrath, verse 5 describes us further as "dead in our sins" even still we were made alive in Him. The goats cannot make that claim or hold to that promise. The Eph. 2:3 doesn't call them elect OR lost sheep, but children of wrath (goats).
