> My question remains unanswered: "What Scripture reference tells us that goats rather than lost sheep become sheep of the fold?" > > Harry "Other sheep [Gentiles] I have, which are not of this fold them also I must bring [safely into the fold], and they shall hear my voice [be regenerated]; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd." (KJV) I was not a goat who change himself into a sheep by an act of free-will when I was converted. I think I was a "lost" sheep that was "found" by a seeking Shepherd and brought into the fold. There is a great difference between a goat becoming a sheep and a lost sheep being found by the Shepherd and brought into the fold." The lost sheep in Luke 15 shows that the sheep did not become the Shepherd's property when he found and rescused it, but rather, he would not quit searching until he found the sheep because it was his sheep. It was a "lost" sheep that was brought into the fold. JGR
