Abraham is setting some food on the table. He is waiting on these three men. We call them men and they look like men, but they are not men. Two of them are angels, and one of them is the Lord. For the Lord has come down from heaven because he is going to send his angels to burn up the wicked city of Sodom.<br>Lot is bidding Abraham good-bye. Abraham is Lot's uncle. They both of them have flocks of sheep, and goats, and camels. But the men who take care of these flocks have been quarrelling with each other. So Lot says he will take his sheep, and his goats, and his camels, and go and live in some other place, where these men cannot quarrel any more. And now he is bidding Abraham good-bye. He is going to the city called Sodom. He does not know it is to be burned up. (31/399)
