1 - 3 to 4 lbs. Beef Roast
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 bay leaf
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1/2 cup water
Heat oil in pressure cooker. Brown meat
on all sides. Salt & pepper to taste.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover
immediately with top of cooker. Put vent
on lid. Cook 35 minutes with vent
rocking. Remove from heat, let pressure
drop on own. Do not remove lid until all
pressure has dropped. Remove roast from
cooker. Strain liquid to use for gravy.
2 cans Pork & Beans
1 can Kidney Beans
1 pkg. frozen lima beans
1 lb. roll sweet sausage
1 onion chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Brown sausage in pan. Pour off excess
fat. Mix all ingredients and bake
about 3 hours at 325 degrees uncovered
in crock pot. Nothing in this recipe
needs to be exact.
