Recipe: Cabbage, Cilantro and Red Pepper Salad

      8 c  Cabbage; chopped finely
      1 md Sweet red pepper; chopped
      1 bn Fresh cilantro; chopped
      1 tb Extra virgin olive oil
  1 1/2 tb Seasoned rice vinegar
      1 ts Seasoning salt

Prepare vegetables and place them in salad bowl. Toss olive oil through the vegetable to coat them. Add rice vinegar & salt. Toss gently and serve. Makes 4 servings.
