Recipe: Chicken Dip

      2 c  Flour
      1 ds Pepper
      1 ts Seasoned salt
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Baking powder
      2 c  Water (or to dipping
           -- consistency)

Recipe By : WASHINGTON COUNTY FAIR KITCHEN (OKLAHOMA)
