Recipe: Chocolate Mint Coffee Mix

Yield: 1 Servings

1/4 c Powdered Coffee Creamer
1/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Instant Coffee 

      2 tb Cocoa; Baking Cocoa
      2    Hard Candy Peppermints;
           -- Broken Into Pieces
  1. Put all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend on highest speed until well blended.
  3. Use 1 level tablespoon of mix with 6 oz. boiling water for each cup. Stir well.

Yield: 14 (6 oz. servings)

NOTES : If desired, serve with dollop of whipped cream. For extra mint flavor serve each mug with peppermint stick. Recipe by: diane@keyway.net
