Recipe: Country White Bread

Yield: 1 Servings
1 c Plus 1 tbsp water
1 Egg
4 1/2 ts Vegetable oil
3 1/4 c Bread flour
1/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread settingr. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to machine directions.
