Recipe: Hamburger Hot Dish

Yield: 8 Servings

      2 c  Uncooked elbow macaroni
      2 lb Ground beef
      1 cn (28 oz.) whole tomatoes,
           -- undrained and quartered
      1 cn (15 oz.) tomato sauce
      1    Jar (12 oz.) beef gravy
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
      1 ts Garlic powder

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown beef; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, gravy, onion and garlic powder. Drain macaroni; add to beef mixture and mix well. Transfer to a greased shallow 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 8 servings.
