2 lb Frozen shredded hash brown
-- potatoes; thawed,
-- preferably cubed
1 c Light shredded cheddar
-- cheese
1 pt Sour half and half
2 ts Salt
1/2 c Onions; grated
1 cn (10 3/4 oz) Healthy Request
-- cream of chicken soup
1 ts Pepper
1 c Corn flakes
Mix potatoes, cheese, sour half and half, salt, onion, soup and pepper/ Put into a 2 qt casserole dish. Top with crushed corn flakes and spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 20 mins.
