Grate a boiled potato. Put a little margarine (today I'd use butter) in a frying pan and heat it Sprinkle onion salt and black pepper on the grated potato. Press the grated potato down flat and put in the pan Fry until crisp on the bottom, turn and fry until crisp on the other side.
