Recipe: Hawaiian Chicken

1/2 c Prepared mustard
1/4 c Molasses
1/2 c Vinegar
1/4 c Soy sauce
1 cn (8 oz) crushed pineapple

2 ts Fresh minced ginger
1/2 c Brown sugar
6 Chicken breast halves; (or 1
-- 1 1/2 whole chicken, cut
-- up), up to 8
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in saucepan and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. place chicken in 12x7 baking dish and pour mixture over it. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
