Recipe: Healthy Sandwich Fillings

----------------VEGGIE SPECIAL---------------------
1/2 c (about 2 oz.) shredded
-- cheddar cheese
1 md Carrot; peeled and grated
1/4 sm Zucchini; grated
1/4 Green pepper; grated
2 tb Toasted almond slivers
1 tb Low-fat mayonnaise
--------------TUNA 'N' EGG SALAD-------------------
1 cn (6 oz.) tuna in water;
-- drained and flaked
1 Hard-cooked egg; grated
1 Carrot; peeled and grated
3 tb Low-fat mayonnaise
------------SPECKLED CHICKEN SALAD-----------------
4 oz Finely chopped; cooked
-- chicken breast, (up to 5)
1 tb Finely chopped red bell
-- pepper
2 tb Low-fat creamy Italian
-- dressing
1 ts Chopped parsley
Each one of these healthy mixtures makes enough to fill three sandwiches. Just combine ingredients in a bowl.
