Recipe: Heavenly Jam

Yield: 60 Servings
12 Peaches --peeled; pitted and
-- mashed
1 c Orange juice --or juice of 2
-- oranges
3 tb Orange rind --or rind of 1
-- orange; cut fine
1/2 c Maraschino cherries; cut
-- fine
6 c Sugar
Combine all but cherries. Cook gently for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars and seal with paraffin. Makes 12 baby food jars.
