Recipe: Heavenly Mashed Potatoes

1/2 pk Ore-Ida froz mashed potatoes 1 c Milk
1/3 c Sour cream (light or reg) 

      2 oz Light cream cheese
      1 tb Real bacon bits
    1/2 tb Scallion, finely chopped
           Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare potatoes following package directions but using only one cup of milk. Add sour cream and cream cheese to warm potatoes. Stir untill creamy and blended. Add bacon bits and scallion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
