Recipe: Israeli Coffee Chicken

1 lg Broiler fryer 4lbs; cut in 8

3/4 c Black coffee
1 tb Ketchup
3 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb White vinegar
1 tb Olive oil
2 tb Brown sugar
Mix liquids and sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes to reduce. Pour over chicken in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour. Turn chicken pieces a few times while baking.
