Recipe: Jerry's Old Bay Seasoning

Yield: 1 Servings 

      3 tb Celery seed
      3 tb Whole black peppercorns
      1 tb Sweet hungarian paprika
  1 1/2 ts Mustard seed
     18 sm Bay leaves
     12    Whole cloves

3/4 ts Ground cardamom
3/4 ts Mace
3/4 ts Allspice
3/4 ts Ginger
3/4 ts Cinnamon
3/4 ts Red pepper

In a spice grinder or small food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Grind well and store in a small glass jar. Added September 17, 1998.
