Recipe: Jalapeno Orange Marinade

      2    Baking chickens or 4 cornish
           -- game hens
      1    Jar; (10-oz) jalapeno pepper
           -- jelly
      1    Jar; (8-oz) orange marmalade
      1 tb Minced garlic
      1 cn (12 oz) frozen lemonade
           -- concentrate
      2 tb Chopped parsley
      1 bn Cilantro

Mix all except cilantro. (use to garnish hens) Marinate 4 to 6 hrs. Put on grill. Baste often serve on large platter garnish w/ cilantro!
