Recipe: Macaroni Salad
Yield: 1 Servings
8 oz Elbow macaroni; cooked and -- drained 1 c Chopped celery
1/2 c Chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper
1/3 c Chopped onion
3/4 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Apple cider vinegar 1 tb Prepared mustard 1 ts Sugar 1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground pepper

Mix the macaroni, celery, bell peppers and onion in a large bowl. Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to make a smooth dressing. Pour dressing over the vegetables, mix well and refrigerate. Makes about 5 cups.
