Recipe: Mushroom-Chive Salad

Yield: 8 Servings
1 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Sugar
1 tb Snipped fresh chives
1/8 ts Garlic powder
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
