Recipe: Mustard Roasted Chicken
Yield: 1 Servings
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1 tb Fresh parsley; chopped 4 lb Chicken breast halves
1/4 ts Paprika
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 15 min.
Preheat oven to 425øF. Combine mustard and parsley in a bowl. Arrange chicken breasts, skin-side up, in a shallow baking pan. Brush with mustard mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes, or until cooked throughout
