Recipe: Scalloped Cabbage

Yield: 1 Servings
2 lb Cabbage
1/4 lb Velveeta cheese
2 tb Flour
3/4 c Milk
4 tb Oleo
15 Soda crackers
Salt and pepper
Cut cabbage in chunks and cook for 10 minutes. Drain. Arrange in casserole and sprinkle with flour. Heat milk with cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage. Melt oleo and crumbled crackers, sprinkle over cabbage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. DO NOT COVER WHILE BAKING.
