Recipe: Scalloped Corn and Oysters

Yield: 1 Servings
1/2 (8oz) can of oysters
1 cn Cream style corn
2 c Cracker crumbs
1 c Milk
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Butter
Combine oysters, corn, crackers, milk , egg and salt. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife inserted halfway to center comes out clean.
