Recipe: Sauce for Fruited Pork
Yield: 1 Servings
1 c Beer
1/2 c Chili sauce
1 c Tomato sauce 1 tb Minced onion 2 tb Vinegar 2 tb Sugar 2 tb Worcestershire sauce 2 ts Chili powder
Combine beer, chili sauce, tomato sauce, onion, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and cook two minutes. Serve with meat.
