Recipe: Toasted Almond Eggnog Ice Cream

Yield: 6 Servings
2 c Heavy cream, cold
1 3/4 c Eggnog, cold
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Sliced almonds, toasted
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Stir in almonds. Pour into ice cream maker. Makes a quart and works great in the Krups Ice Cream Maker. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #346
