3/4 Cup(s) Apple juice
1/2 Cup(s) Raisins
1/2 Cup(s) Honey
1/4 Cup(s) Packed brown sugar
3 Tablespoon(s) All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1/2 Cup(s) Quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 Cup(s) Whole wheat flour
1/2 Cup(s) Wheat germ
1/2 Cup(s) Shelled sunflowr seeds
4 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine, melted

-0400 (clipped from a magzine several years ago) Combine apples with
juice, raisins, 1/2 cup honey, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a
large bowl. Turn into an 11 by 7 1/2 by 1 1/2 -inch baking pan.
Combine topping ingredients and mix well; spread the topping over the
apple mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes
