Ingredients:
1 Boneless quail
4 Ounce(s) Corn bread stuffing
6 Ounce(s) Sweet potato brabants
2 Ounce(s) Quail stock
1 Ounce(s) Butter
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Salt and pepper the quail, inside and out. Stuff the quail with about
4 ounces of stuffing. Place it in a 400 degree oven, for 10 minutes,
or until cooked. Serve with 2 ounces of quail stock mounted with
