Ingredients:
2 lemons
2 Eggs
1 Pint(s) Milk
1 Cart creme fraiche
Butter
Caster sugar
Self raising flour
Directions:
Beat the sugar and butter with lemon rind. Beat in 2 yolks, one at a
time. Fold in the flour, alternating with the milk and lemon juice.
Whisk in the egg whites, fold in - the mixture may look curdled. Bake
in 1/2 pint pie dish or buttered ramekin dishes Bake at 180C for about
