Ingredients:
40 Gram(s) Blanched almonds, 2oz
1 Green eating apple such as
Granny Smith
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoon(s) Coriander leaves and stalks
chopped
12 Fresh mint leaves, 12 to
15
1 Green chilli, seeded and
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) Sugar
50 Gram(s) Whole milk plain yoghurt

Directions:
Put the almonds into a small bowl and add enough boiling water to
cover them. Set aside for 15 minutes then drain and put into a
blender. Peel and core the apple and chop it rougly. Mix with the
lemon juice and add to the blender together with the remaining
ingredients. Blend until smooth. Chill for an hour. Converted by
