1 Cup(s) Whole wheat pastry flour
2 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Ground cloves

2 Eggs

Directions:
Combine bran, flour, baking powder, nutmeg and cloves; set aside.
Cream together milk, eggs, maple syrup, and butter; fold in flour
mixture. Stir in apples and raisins. Pour into oiled muffin tins, and
